Bret Swigard, PT is the owner of Innova Physical Therapy in Redmond and a dedicated physical therapist who is passionate about changing lives through thoughtful, individualized care. For Bret, physical therapy is about far more than reducing pain or improving movement. It is about restoring hope, building confidence, and helping people return to the activities, goals, and experiences that make life meaningful.

With decades of experience treating orthopedic injuries and complex movement problems, Bret is known for his hands-on approach, careful listening, and commitment to finding the deeper “why” behind a patient's symptoms. He believes that every person has a story, and that truly effective care begins by understanding not only what hurts, but how that problem is affecting daily life. His goal is to help each patient feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout the healing process.

In addition to his work as a full-time clinician, Bret is an educator and mentor who has taught manual therapy internationally and continues to invest deeply in lifelong learning. He brings that same curiosity and dedication into the clinic every day, always striving to provide the highest level of care for his patients.

Outside the clinic, Bret enjoys working on cars, racing cars, dreaming about cars, and eating chocolate. He also loves learning new things and taking on home projects, always looking for the next way to build, improve, and create.
