Zoe Jorna-Jackson

Zoë serves as the Director of Operations at Innova Physical Therapy and supports the daily operations of the clinic and works alongside the team to help create a welcoming, patient-centered environment. She values building strong relationships with both patients and providers and enjoys being part of a team focused on thoughtful, individualized care.

Zoë is also the co-founder of Connective Strength, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and related conditions through education, advocacy, and community support. Through this work, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to help improve understanding and access to care for complex chronic conditions.

Zoë earned her Master's degree in Social and Sustainable Business Management from Seattle Pacific University, where she focused on mission-driven leadership and sustainable organizational practices.

Outside of work, Zoë enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
